I like the collage in this image, as it shows the simplistic shape and colours of the
subject in a new and different way. The torn edges of paper also add a texture that was not
present in the original cube. The use of text in some of the squares goes back to my idea
from the mood boards that text could be used in the final piece, either for instructive or purely
aesthetic reasons.
I have looked at the rubix cube through collage as a rubix cube is a good example
of a compact object which can change its form and look to anything decided by the user. A
similar system could be developed for my product and interior. I like the idea of a product
where multiple functions can be produced by simply folding out or pushing out
sections. I also believe that colour could be used well in the design,
perhaps to aid in function.
