This website is a showcase for small computers. New technology has allowed computers to be placed in tiny spaces. When combined with advances in wireless keyboards and mice and flat LCD screens it is possible to intergrate computers into just about anything. On this page people who have incorporated computers into objects as diverse as beer kegs and picture frames can show off their ideas. These homemade computers are especially interesting from a design perspective as they are an example of how the function of a product can be changed entirely by adding microchips.
In my specifications I have said I want to combine a bed and entertainment system. Using similar technology to that showcased on this website it is entirely possible to achieve this goal whilst still maintaining a sleek aesthetic. Bulk is not a necessary pre-requisite of using a computer in the design.
